Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipment tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we may not be able to deliver to certain regions due to international shipping regulations, sanctions, or carrier restrictions. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you and provide a refund for your order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Esserny is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@esserny.com.
Note: Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Missed Deliveries & Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery is missed or a package is marked as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping details or refusal to accept the delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package. We will contact you to confirm the correct address before reshipping your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at suuport@esserny.com with your order number and details. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
